Warranty Procedure

Warranty Registration:

Once you take delivery of your Cusco Equipment, it is important that you fill in the Warranty Registration Form, and mail or fax it to Cusco. This form is important to help us ensure your satisfaction. Please keep a copy of the registration for your records.

Warranty Request Claim:

If a warranty claim is to be initiated, you must complete the Request for Warranty Claim Form. In order to enable us to process and approve your warranty claim, this form must be fully completed and mailed or faxed to us. Upon reviewing your request, we will advise you of our decision and how to proceed. Please note that if another company other than Cusco is repairing your equipment, authorization is required from Cusco before you can proceed with the repairs.

In an ongoing effort to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of our products, we reserve the right to modify the products and specifications without notice.

The manufacturer warrants each new Cusco product sold by it, or by any of its authorized distributors, to be free form defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Its obligation under this warranty being limited to repairing or replacing, as hereinafter provided at its option, any part or parts of said Cusco product found, to the manufacturer's satisfaction, to be defective upon examination of it, provided that such part or parts shall be returned to the manufacturer's factory, F.O.B.

All parts or components are warranted for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery of the unit to the original purchaser. The repair or replacement of such parts will be made without charge for parts or labor.

This warranty shall not apply to any Cusco products which has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident or which shall have been altered or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Cusco representative in any way, which in the manufacturer's judgment, might affect its stability or reliability, nor to normal maintenance services and the replacement of service items (such as filter elements and lubricants) made in connection with such services.

Cusco makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to engines and motor vehicles or other special equipment made by other manufacturer's and installed outside of Cusco's factory. Their respective manufacturers usually warrant special equipment, accessories, tires and fittings separately.

This warranty is made expressly in lieu of any other warranty ties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Cusco will in no event be liable for any special or consequential damage whatsoever, nor for any sum in excess of the price received for the goods for which liability is claimed or associated.

Note: Warranty is effective from the date of delivery. This warranty does not apply to used equipment.
